Franz found this bike on display with a picture of Arnold, and took this picture to prove it. I guess that settles it.
We have talked about Arnold. All of Austria has a definite opinion about him. They say it is proof that in America, you can go from rags to riches. Arnold was the son of a postmaster in Austria, then won Mr. Graz (the city he is from), then eventually went to the US and won Mr. Universe. And now he is the governor of California and has married a Kennedy! They are proud of that.
They named a huge stadium for him in Graz. But after he signed a bill of some sort refusing to grant a pardon for someone going to the death penalty there in California, the city wanted to REMOVE his name from the stadium because they are so against the death penalty. Arnold beat them to the punch, writing the mayor and asking that his name be removed from the stadium and from any association with the city. Wow.
I know, because I asked Franz, who is in touch with Arnold.
